Framing

I included this photo in the assignment because it is a literal display of "framing" where a picture frame is in place of the girls face.

This is my favorite photo from this assignment. I like how the bristles of the evergreen tree are is in focus and the background is blurred.

I chose to include this photo because the bench frames the trees and hills in the background. The bench is in focus and the background is blurred to highlight the frame, rather than what is being framed.

In this photo, the metal fence I used as a frame is in focus and the background is blurred to create a mysterious effect of what could be beyond the fence.

I chose to include this photo for the assignment because, similar to the first picture, this girls face is also framed but instead of a literal picture frame, she is framing her face with her hands creating more of an abstract frame.
